Quick Setup

1. Enter API Credentials

Please enter the following values on the Settings page of the app. We recommend copying and pasting the values to avoid errors. Once entered, click the Save button.

• SMS Gateway API URL: https://platform.clickatell.com/messages/http/send
• API Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXX.........

2. Sending Messages

After saving your API credentials, a new screen will load where you can choose one of two options to send messages:

• Manual Entry: Dynamically add contact numbers one at a time before clicking the Send Message button.
• Bulk Upload: Upload a .csv or .txt file containing cell numbers, then click Send Message.

3. Translation and Speech Services

You may optionally use the integrated Translation and Speech Service to enhance message delivery and accessibility.

4. Hosting and Compliance

The Web App is hosted in your own Azure environment and deployed by you to your target users. No personal data (such as cell numbers) is exchanged with ImbaliCS. Billing is handled via your Azure Commit, covering consumption and SaaS usage.

This architecture ensures full compliance with POPIA and GDPR.
